Rachel Vujovic

Rachel is leading a set of global sustainability initiatives at the ALDI SOUTH Group, with a focus on sustainable cocoa and coffee, as well as compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). She oversees cross-functional teams working at the complex intersection of systemic change in high-impact supply chains and regulatory compliance, building credible and scalable solutions that address both environmental and social risks. She holds a master’s degree in international political economy from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University Chicago. Originally from the United States, she currently lives in Salzburg, Austria with her husband and two children.

Brigitte Campfens

Director, EMA Centre of Excellence Sustainable Supply Chains & Human Rights, KPMG Brigitte Campfens is a Director at KPMG’s sustainability practice, co-leads KPMG’s EMA Centre of Excellence Sustainable Supply Chains & Human Rights. She brings over 20 years of experience in the food & retail sector in various roles and 15+ years of experience in sustainability projects related to international agricultural supply chains with a large footprint in the cocoa sector. Nicolas Mounard

Nicolas was appointed in July 2022 to VP Sustainability & Farming. Since January 2024, Nicolas is VP ESG, Sustainability and Traceability, leading the whole sustainability agenda of Barry Callebaut, including Forever Chocolate. ESG focus includes overarching responsibility over ESG regulations such as EUDR or CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive). Nicolas is also a member of the Executive Leadership team. Nicolas brings more than 15 years of experience in sustainable food value chains.
